2. #MadeTheList New Year’s Eve at W Bali – Seminyak
Sending 2023 off in true W style, W Bali – Seminyak will be partying late into the night and lighting up the Seminyak beachfront. The open-air Main Stage at W Lounge will be graced by the internationally acclaimed Mousse T. (one of Germany’s most prominent musical exports), supported by W Bali’s resident superstars. Then, over on the Hip Hop Stage, you can dance your way to 2024 to the sounds of local DJs Stan, Schizo, GoodGrip and Jeremy Jay. Boogie ‘til 2024 this New Year’s Eve at Banana Lounge, our fave pool lounge just a few steps from Impossibles Beach. You’ll be treated to five hours of free-flow wine, beer and cocktails to keep you moving and grooving ’til midnight, plus pass-around premium canapés too. Look out for the goat’s cheese and asparagus tarts, slices of pizza, bruschetta, pork sesame toast, prawns, arancini balls, sausage rolls and so much more. And did we mention, oysters and smoked salmon will be on the menu too?

There are two options to choose from: either a New Year’s Eve Buffet Dinner at Makase, or a five-course Traditional Japanese Dinner at SugarSand right by the beachfront. Party animals, this one’s for you! Take your NYE party to the Uluwatu clifftops for not one, but three nights! Yep, ending the year with a bang, Savaya is hosting a line-up of international DJs and party anthems that will keep the vibes alive through to 2024. It starts with Ben Böhmer and Artbat + Argy on the 29th and 30th, then concludes on NYE with headliner Bedouin taking to the stage, alongside a line-up of special guests to keep the celebrations going ‘til January 1st…

New Year’s Eve Beach Festival at Sundays Beach Club
For a toes-in-the-sand celebration at one of our favourite oceanfront destinations, head to Sundays Beach Club an all-out New Year’s Eve Beach Festival. There’ll be live music from Lucky Aces, Whenda Saxophone and DJ Krisna, as well as fire dancers, a water drum performance, giant bonfires on the beach, and of course, fireworks for when the clock strikes midnight. As for food, there’ll be bottomless tacos, sliders and gourmet pizzas, as well as pass-around canapés and s’mores all night long. General admission is available, but we say, round up your friends and reserve a VIP Bungalow, complete with two bottles of Moet Chandon or Veuve Cliquot, private butler services, a VIP welcome kit and amenities, fruit platters, a private bonfire and s’mores station, plus IDR 15,000,000 credit to spend on food and drinks. This retro party will be toasting to 2023 with a special setting under the stars, an unbeatable line-up of disco music, and plenty of delicious delicacies to keep you going past midnight.

Masquerade Party and Poolside Countdown at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort
This New Year’s Eve, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort is going all out with a carnival-themed Masquerade Party, followed by a Countdown Pool Party. The evening begins with a hearty buffet feast at Daily Social – the resort’s newest market-style foodie destination. Graze on delicious food from around the world at the live cooking stations, and add on a drinks package to really get the party started.
